将大田试验中500个小麦品种及品系中筛选出的18个性状良好的品种,在低磷、低锌、低硼和施用该3元素作为对照的不同条件下进行耐低营养特性的鉴定,筛选出能有效利用磷、锌、硼的品种.同时经室内分析研究看出,耐低营养品种的根系分泌物可明显降低根际pH值;根系中的6种重要有机酸含量高低不同,但在各处理中的4个典型品种的根系有机酸含量均与产量呈正相关.这为有效利用土壤营养元素的作物育种提供了科学依据和新技术.
Eighteen cultivars screened from 500 wheat cultivars and lines in field trials were screened for their low nutritional traits under different conditions of low phosphorus, low zinc, low boron and application of the 3 elements The results showed that root exudates with low nutrient tolerance could significantly reduce rhizosphere pH value.
