随着我国经济社会的发展,对秘书从业人员的素质提出更高的要求。但由于诸多因素的影响,目前高校文秘专业大学生的素质走向滑坡:职业修养不明确、知识涵养不丰厚、能力素养不过关。面对种种状况,培养文秘专业人才的高校理应率先做出努力,在树立素质教育思想、改革课程教学体系、强化实践训练环节等方面大做文章。因为在高校毕业生就业竞争日益激烈残酷的当下,提高文秘专业大学生的素质则显得尤为重要,更为迫切。
With the economic and social development in our country, we put forward higher requirements on the quality of the employees engaged in the secretarial work. However, due to the influence of many factors, the quality of college undergraduates nowadays landslides: the vocational training is not clear, the knowledge is not well-supported, and the ability is not good enough. In the face of all these conditions, colleges and universities that cultivate secretarial professionals should take the lead in their efforts and make a fuss about establishing a quality education ideology, reforming the teaching system of courses, and strengthening practice training. Because the employment competition of college graduates is increasingly fierce and cruel nowadays, improving the quality of secretarial major students is more important and urgent.
