目的探讨招收飞行学员全面体检中重复淘汰的原因,寻求降低重复淘汰率的方法,提高招飞体检整体效益。方法查阅并统计2000~2006年初检中各科的每日上站量、全面体检记录中11项与初检相同且不变项目的淘汰数,分析可能的原因。回顾同期参加体检人员的组成,分析检查者对重复淘汰的可能影响。结果2000~2006年初检中每日平均上站学生:眼科198人,外科109人,耳鼻喉科74人,内科64人;11项不变项目共重复淘汰1297人,其中以身高(101人)、脊柱四肢形态异常(116人)、显斜视(276人)、鼓膜病变(293人)、鼻中隔偏曲(193人)重复淘汰为多。同期参加体检的医务人员中,非专业招飞体检人员在初检中占42.6%,全面体检中占52.2%。结论减少每日上站量,严格把关测量项目,提高认症水平,加强专业招飞体检人员队伍建设是降低重复淘汰率的关键。
Objective To explore the reasons for recurrent elimination of pilot trainees in a comprehensive physical examination, to find ways to reduce the rate of repeated elimination and to improve the overall effectiveness of the physical examination. Methods The daily upper stations of all subjects in 2000 ~ 2006 were examined and counted, and 11 items in the comprehensive physical examination record were counted out, and the possible causes were analyzed. Review the composition of medical examiners participating in the same period and analyze the possible influence of the examiner on repeated elimination. Results The average daily upper school students in 2000 ~ 2006 seized were 198 ophthalmologists, 109 surgeries, 74 otolaryngology patients and 64 internal medicine departments. Of the 11 unchanged items, 1297 were eliminated by repetition, of which 101 were height - , Spine limb abnormalities (116), strabismus (276), tympanic membrane disease (293), deviation of nasal septum (193) were eliminated more frequently. Over the same period to participate in medical examination among medical staff, non professional flight examination personnel accounted for 42.6% of the initial examination, a comprehensive examination accounted for 52.2%. Conclusions It is the key to reduce the repetitive elimination rate by reducing the number of daily stops, strictly checking the measurement items, raising the level of the cognitive level, and strengthening the construction of the team of professional medical personnel.
