目的 观察人重组生长激素 (rhGH)对肠道缺血再灌注 (IIR)损伤后肠源性细菌 /内毒素移位的影响。方法 检测门、腔静脉血浆内毒素水平 (鲎试剂定量法 ) ;血浆TNFα水平 (放免法 )和肠系膜淋巴结、肝、肺、肾等肠道外器官组织细菌培养 ,动态观察rhGH对IIR后肠道细菌 /内毒素移位情况。结果 早期应用rhGH ,无论是IIR后 3h用药组还是 12h用药组 ,均可明显降低IIR后血浆内毒素和TNFα水平 ;显著减少IIR后肠系膜淋巴结、肺、肝、肾等肠道外组织器官中的移位细菌量。结论 早期应用rhGH可有效地降低肠源性细菌 /内毒素移位 ,减轻促炎介质的释放 ,保护肠道外脏器
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) on intestinal bacterial / endotoxin translocation after intestinal ischemia-reperfusion (IIR) injury. Methods The level of plasma endotoxin in portal vein and vena cava was measured. The plasma levels of TNFα (radioimmunoassay) and the intestinal tissue of mesenteric lymph nodes, liver, lung and kidney were measured. The effect of rhGH on the intestinal bacteria / Endotoxin translocation. Results The early application of rhGH could significantly decrease the levels of plasma endotoxin and TNFα after 3 hours of IIR or 12 hours of treatment, and significantly decrease the levels of plasma endotoxin and TNFα in post-IIR mesenteric lymph nodes, lung, liver and kidney Bacterial amount. Conclusion The early application of rhGH can effectively reduce intestinal bacterial / endotoxin translocation, reduce the release of proinflammatory mediators, protect the extraintestinal organs
