目前,由于社会处于转型时期,改革进入关键阶段,各种社会矛盾尖锐复杂。如何化解这些矛盾,保持社会稳定?笔者认为,除坚持制度改革外,发扬党的优良传统,加强思想政治工作也是重要手段之一。那么,在现阶段,如何做好思想政治工作?我们认为,最重要的一点,就是遵循胡锦涛同志指出的:“思想政治工作说到底是做人的工作,必须坚持以人为本。”具体说,就是做到“四个结合”。
