只有使学生真正认识到了学英语的重要性,明白英语在日常生活中起着重要的作用,才能使学生在学习英语的过程中自主地学习。平等的师生关系有利于营造民主、和谐的课堂气氛,这是学生敢于参与、主动参与课堂教学的基础,也为学生自主学习提供了必要的前提条件。教师是合作学习的组织者、指导者和参与者。在学生合作学习过程中,教师作为组织者起着重要的作用。
Only by making students truly recognize the importance of learning English and understand that English plays an important role in daily life can students be able to learn independently in the process of learning English. Equal relationship between teachers and students is conducive to creating a democratic and harmonious classroom atmosphere. This is the basis for students to participate actively in class teaching and provide the necessary preconditions for students to learn independently. Teachers are the organizers, mentors and participants of cooperative learning. Teachers play an important role as organizers in cooperative learning process.
