目的:采用毛细管气相色谱建立八角茴香油中草蒿脑的含量测定方法。方法:通过水蒸气蒸馏从八角茴香中提取得挥发油,采用毛细管气相色谱进行分析测定。HP-INNOWax毛细管柱(0.32 mm×30 m,0.50μm),分流比100∶1程序升温,FID检测器。结果:草蒿脑在0.08~0.32μg峰面积与进样量呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),草蒿脑定量限为2.0 ng,平均回收率为101.0%,RSD 1.27%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为八角茴香油中草蒿脑的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Artemisia capillaris in star anise oil by capillary gas chromatography. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted from star anise by steam distillation and analyzed by capillary gas chromatography. HP-INNOWax capillary column (0.32 mm × 30 m, 0.50 μm), split ratio 100: 1 programmed temperature, FID detector. RESULTS: The peak area of Artemisia argyi was between 0.08 ~ 0.32μg and the injection volume was linear (r = 0.999 8), and the limit of quantification was 2.0 ng. The average recovery was 101.0% and the RSD was 1.27% (n = 9) ). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for Artemisia capillaris in star anise oil.
