希腊ETEM公司对一台由德国Farrel Duisberg公司制造的25MN铝挤压机进行了改造,改造工作由英国挤压机服务有限公司承担,改造集中在挤压机上的液压系统。 该挤压机的挤压能力为25MN(2500吨),挤压轴直径1200毫米,两侧液压缸直径各为320毫米,挤压速度在1毫米/秒～15毫米/秒之间。液压控制系统采用PLC,由操作手设定要求的挤压速度,由PLC控制挤压周期,减少非生产时间。
The Greek company ETEM has reworked a 25 MN aluminum extrusion press made by Germany’s Farrel Duisberg, which is being undertaken by Extruder Services Ltd. to revamp the hydraulic system focused on the extrusion press. The extrusion capacity of the extruder 25MN (2500 tons), the extrusion shaft diameter of 1200 mm, both sides of the cylinder diameter of 320 mm each, the extrusion speed of 1 mm / s to 15 mm / s. Hydraulic control system uses PLC, the operator set the required extrusion speed, controlled by the PLC extrusion cycle, reducing non-production time.
