数据显示,2002年我国民间投资达到12182亿元,同比增长13.8％,民间投资在几年的低迷后终于实现了转折性增长, 民间投资增长最重要的原因就是积极财政政策的累积效应。积极财政政策连续5年的实施,为民间投资起到了良好的示范和带头作用,从而引发了民间投资的迅猛增长;另一个重要因素是国家对非公有制经济的鼓励。支持和引导,有力地推动了民间投资的增长。
Statistics show that in 2002, China’s non-government investment reached 1,218.2 billion yuan, an increase of 13.8 percent over the same period of last year. Non-government investment finally achieved a turning point after a few years of downturn. The most important reason for private investment growth is the cumulative effect of proactive fiscal policies. The implementation of the proactive fiscal policy for five years in a row has played a good exemplary and leading role in non-government investment, which has led to the rapid growth of private investment.
