我县地处吉林省东南部,是一个八山一水五厘田,粮、林、参、果、牧等综合发展的山区农业县。党的十一届三中全会以来,我们财政部门根据县委、县政府确定的“以林为主,粮参果牧并举,农工商结合,全面发展商品经济”的山区建设方针。坚持把财政支农工作的重点放在发展农村商品经济和提高经济效益上,不断更新观念,对支农周转金的使用,大胆地进行了一些改革和探索,对发展山区经济起到了积极作用。
