足球战术意识是足球运动员从事足球比赛所必须具备的一种重要能力,它是运动员技战术水平得到有效发挥的前提条件。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、观察等方法着重从运动员技术、战术等方面阐述了足球运动员在训练、比赛中培养战术意识的途径和方法。
Football tactical awareness is an important ability that football players must have in football matches. It is a prerequisite for the athletes to effectively play their skills and tactics. In this paper, we use the methods of literature review, expert interviews and observation to explain the ways and means of cultivating tactical awareness of football players in training and competition from the aspects of athlete’s technique and tactics.
