企业文化是企业发展理念、价值观等的一种外在表现,石油企业文化立足于党的思想和企业发展,实现了企业文化管理,是企业内部、外部活动过程中创造的一种精神财富,关系到企业内部基础建设,对企业发展而言有至关重要的作用。政工人员是石油企业文化构建过程中的主要参与者和领导者,通过对党的思想政策研究,做好企业思想政治建设,确保企业的价值观与党保持一致,这是石油企业文化的核心内容。本文就石油企业文化构建中政工人员的作用进行研究,以促进石油企业文化建设。
