阳光体育运动内在的意义与价值,是使学生能够在人生的各个时期都把体育活动作为一项生活内容来安排。因此在当前的学校体育教育中,要以阳光体育运动为手段,以终身体育为指导思想,不断完善高校的体育教育。使学生树立身体发展、心理发展和社会适应的三维健康观,培养学生终身体育意识。
The inherent meaning and value of sunshine sports enable students to arrange sports activities as a part of their life at all stages of their lives. Therefore, in the current school physical education, we should use sunshine sports as a means to take lifelong physical education as the guiding ideology, and continuously improve the physical education in colleges and universities. To enable students to establish physical development, psychological development and social adaptation of the three-dimensional concept of health, and cultivate students’ awareness of lifelong sports.
