随着财务管理中心地位在电力企业经营管理中的确立,企业财务信息分析作为一种有效的管理手段,发挥的作用越来越重要。电力企业领导者和财务人员应该树立财务信息分析管理的意识,并且根据企业的具体情况和特点,将财务信息分析运用到企业管理中来,为企业经营服务。本文就电力企业财务信息分析的内涵、作用、特征、存在的问题及实际应用等作一探讨。
With the establishment of the center of financial management in the operation and management of power enterprises, the role of corporate financial information analysis as an effective management tool is playing an increasingly important role. Power enterprise leaders and financial staff should establish the awareness of financial information analysis and management, and according to the specific circumstances and characteristics of enterprises, financial information analysis will be applied to business management to serve the business. This paper discusses the connotation, function, characteristics, existing problems and practical application of financial information analysis in power enterprises.
