目的了解2007-2009年原上海市南汇区食物中毒样品、食品样品和腹泻患者肛拭样品中副溶血性弧菌的检出情况。方法根据WS271-2007中的方法对区内6家医院就诊腹泻患者肛拭及食物中毒患者肛拭采用直接增菌法,食品监测样品经匀质后按1∶10增菌,增菌后分别进行分离培养和生化鉴定,并对副溶血性弧菌在不同样品中的检查情况、季节分布、地域分布进行分析。结果 3年间共检测样品9897件,检出副溶血性弧菌328株,检出率为3.31%。7-10月是副溶血性弧菌检出的高峰月份。副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒占食物中毒发生总数的25.93%。由副溶血性弧菌引起的腹泻病例年龄在6-90岁之间,男女性别比1∶1,患者大部分处于靠近东海的东部地区。64.28%的副溶血性弧菌为水产品食品样品中检出,且样品均在东部地区的摊位上采集。结论副溶血性弧菌是原南汇地区最主要的致病性病原菌,存在季节性差异,人群分布差异,样品分布差异和地域分布差异。加强副溶血性弧菌的监测和注意饮食卫生是降低发病率的关键。
Objective To understand the detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in the food samples and diarrhea samples from 2007 to 2009 in Nanhui District, Shanghai. Methods According to the method in WS271-2007, six patients in hospital in the district were treated with diarrhea patients with anal swabs and food poisoning patients by analgesia directly by the method of enrichment, the food monitoring samples were homogenized by 1:10 by bacteria, respectively, after enrichment Isolation and culture and biochemical identification, and Vibrio parahaemolyticus in different samples of the inspection, seasonal distribution, geographical distribution analysis. Results A total of 9897 samples were detected in 3 years and 328 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected with a detection rate of 3.31%. July-October is the peak month of Vibrio parahaemolyticus detected. Vibrio parahaemolyticus caused by food poisoning accounted for 25.93% of the total number of food poisoning. The cases of diarrhea caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus are between the ages of 6 and 90 years and the sex ratio is 1: 1. Most of the patients are in the eastern area near the East China Sea. 64.28% Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in the food samples of aquatic products, and the samples were all collected in the booths in the eastern region. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus is the most important pathogenic bacterium in Nanhui area. There are seasonal differences, population distribution differences, sample distribution differences and geographical distribution differences. To strengthen the monitoring of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and pay attention to food hygiene is the key to reduce the incidence.
