在曲轴宽电子束聚焦理论和电磁聚焦成象系统理论的基础上,本文进一步发展了图象无旋转的曲轴电磁聚焦成象理论,给出了曲轴系统中获得图象无旋转的充要条件,并讨论了可获得图象无旋转系统的曲轴电场和磁场分布的若干特例。
Based on the theory of the wide beam electron beam focusing and the theory of electromagnetic focusing imaging system, this paper further develops the electromagnetic focusing imaging theory of the crankshaft with no rotation of the image, gives the necessary and sufficient condition of the image without rotation in the crankshaft system, Several examples of crankshaft electric and magnetic field distributions for image-free rotation systems are also discussed.
