血管平滑肌瘤(Angioleiomyoma),又名海绵状平滑肌瘤,最常发生于皮肤。是来自血管壁平滑肌组织的一种良性肿瘤。国内曾报道过7例发生于鼻前庭、鼻腔鼻窦或会厌的血管平滑肌瘤。我科遇到1例下鼻甲血管平滑肌瘤,报告如下:患者女性,60岁。1983年4月18日入院,主诉左鼻腔肿物3年。起初间歇性鼻塞,后发现左鼻腔内有肿物,伴少许鼻漏。在本院做病检证实为血管平滑肌瘤。患者全身一般状态良
Angioleiomyoma, also known as spongy leiomyoma, most commonly occurs in the skin. It is a benign tumor from the smooth muscle tissue of the blood vessel wall. In China, 7 cases of vascular smooth muscle tumors occurred in the nasal vestibule, nasal sinuses or epiglottis were reported. Our department encountered one case of inferior turbinate vascular leiomyoma, the report is as follows: The patient female, 60 years old. He was admitted to hospital on April 18, 1983 and complained of a left nasal mass for 3 years. Intermittent nasal congestion was initially observed and a mass was found in the left nasal cavity with a few rhinorrhea. In this hospital, the examination was confirmed as vascular leiomyoma. The general condition of the patient is good
