【目的】分析新疆蜂胶的化学成分并研究其抗菌活性。【方法】用超声波提取法提取蜂胶,采用GC-MS联用技术鉴定其化学成分,通过最小抑菌浓度试验和抑菌试验来测定蜂胶的抗真菌活性。【结果】从蜂胶的乙醇提取物中鉴定出23种化合物。蜂胶对不同真菌表现出不同的抗菌活性,对不同植物病原真菌的抑菌率为16.7%~39.6%,最小抑菌浓度为2.0~4.0 mg/mL。【结论】新疆蜂胶具有广谱的抑菌活性,对某些重要植物病原菌有一定防控作用。
【Objective】 To analyze the chemical composition of Xinjiang propolis and study its antibacterial activity. 【Method】 The propolis was extracted by ultrasonic extraction and the chemical constituents were identified by GC-MS. The antifungal activity of propolis was determined by minimum inhibitory concentration test and antibacterial test. 【Result】 Twenty-three compounds were identified from the ethanol extract of propolis. Propolis showed different antibacterial activity against different fungi. The antibacterial rate of different plant pathogenic fungi was 16.7% -39.6% and the minimum inhibitory concentration was 2.0-4.0 mg / mL. 【Conclusion】 Xinjiang propolis has a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity and has certain control and prevention effects on some important plant pathogens.
