[目的]建立氯氟氰虫酰胺在水、土壤和沉积物中的高效液相色谱残留检测方法。[方法]样品经乙酸乙酯和乙腈萃取,弗罗里硅土和石墨化炭黑玻璃层析柱净化;Agilent-1260高效液相色谱检测。[结果]氯氟氰虫酰胺在各基质中的添加质量分数均为0.05、0.50、5.00 mg/kg,回收率为83.51%~100.62%,RSD为0.64%~7.63%;氯氟氰虫酰胺在水、土壤和沉积物中的最低检测质量分数为0.05 mg/kg。[结论]所建立方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均满足氯氟氰虫酰胺在水、土壤和沉积物中的残留分析要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for the determination of flumethoxam in water, soil and sediment. [Method] The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and acetonitrile, purified with Florisil and graphite carbon black glass column, and detected by Agilent-1260 high performance liquid chromatography. [Result] The mass fraction of clomazone in each matrix was 0.05, 0.50 and 5.00 mg / kg, the recoveries were 83.51% ~ 100.62%, RSD was 0.64% ~ 7.63% Water, soil and sediment in the lowest detection mass fraction of 0.05 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the established methods all satisfied the residue analysis requirements of flumethoxam in water, soil and sediment.
