1.以身示范,潜移默化。农村学生因父母多半不识字,或识字少,在家庭里无人伴读,经常出现孩子读书,大人玩的现象,使孩子厌学。加之个别家长横蛮粗暴的教育方法,更让农村小学生厌恶读书。鉴于此,我采取教师提前到校组织学习,上自习后,班主任进教室陪学生同室读书备课的方法,用教师的行为去引导,以身作则,言传身教,感化孩子
