我认为人生成功或职业生涯规划有三部曲,第一部曲是“寻找成功的企业或老板替他做事”,有两个目的:一是获取经验,二是积累资金。当工作了一定的年限,经验有了,资金也充裕了,那就迈向第二部曲:“谋求与出色的企业或老板合作”,目的在于优势互补,资源共享,同时还是处于学模式、壮胆阶段,但已有创业的萌芽了。最后一部曲就是“聘请杰出的人才替自己做事”(真正成为企业主),凭借职业发展阶段累积的人生阅历、技能才干、职业经验、成功与失败的体会,
