目的为了解平阳县社区卫生服务机构的检验能力。方法利用慢病基线调查和HIV检测点现场考核,通过多种方式对社区卫生服务机构的检验场地、设备、人员和检验现状进行调查。结果社区卫生服务机构检验场地和设备基本满足需求;检验人员占全体人员的4%,平均年龄34岁;大专及以上学历人员比例较高,但是职称结构不合理,以初级为主,并缺乏培训;大多数单位开展项目较少,而且人均工作量差别很大。结论人员编制结构仍需改善,还需加强业务培训,完善激励机制,扩展检验项目,提升服务能力。
Objective To understand the testing capabilities of community health service agencies in Pingyang County. Methods Based on the baseline survey of chronic diseases and the on-site assessment of HIV testing sites, a survey was conducted on the testing sites, equipment, personnel and testing status of community health service institutions in various ways. Results The community health service inspection sites and equipment basically met the demand; inspectors accounted for 4% of the total staff, with an average age of 34 years; college graduates and above a higher proportion of staff, but the title structure is irrational, primary and lack of training ; Most units carry out fewer projects, and the per capita workload varies greatly. Conclusion The staffing structure still needs to be improved. Business training, perfecting the incentive mechanism, expanding inspection items and improving service capability are also needed.
