目的:了解广州市海珠区社区居民代谢综合征(MS)及相关危险因素。方法:采用统一调查表格,采取整群、分层、随机抽样等相结合的方法,在两个社区分别抽取35岁以上的2 003人作为研究对象,测定身高、体重、腰围、臀围、心率等,检测血常规、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖、尿酸、超敏反应蛋白等指标。计算CDS、IDF标准、ATPⅢ标准的MS粗患病率和标化率,MS组分的患病率,分析MS的危险因素。结果:(1)CDS标准、IDF标准、ATPⅢ标准的MS粗患病率分别为15.8%、28.5%、30.3%,标化率分别为11.2%、22.2%、23.7%;MS标化率随年龄的增加而增高(P<0.05);女性MS标化率显著高于男性(P<0.05)。(2)MS组分的患病率:中心性肥胖、超重或肥胖、糖尿病、空腹血糖调节受损、高血压、高甘油三酯血症及低HDL-C血症的标化率为37.5%、27.7%、6.8%、6.0%、26.1%、36.6%及10.5%。(3)中心性肥胖、年龄、尿酸、总胆固醇、高血压家族史、白细胞增高是MS的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:广州海珠区社区居民MS患病率较高,需加强其相关疾病的干预,以预防MS的发生和进展。
Objective: To understand the metabolic syndrome (MS) and related risk factors of community residents in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City. Methods: A total of 2 003 people over the age of 35 were enrolled in the two communities as the research object by using the unified survey form and the method of cluster, stratification and random sampling. The height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, heart rate The indexes such as blood routine test, triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, uric acid and hypersensitivity protein were detected. The CDS, IDF standard, crude and prevalence of MS in ATP Ⅲ standard, the prevalence of MS and the risk factors of MS were analyzed. Results: (1) The crude prevalence rates of MS, CDS, IDF and ATPⅢ were 15.8%, 28.5% and 30.3%, respectively. The standardization rates were 11.2%, 22.2% and 23.7% (P <0.05). The normalization rate of MS in female was significantly higher than that in male (P <0.05). (2) Prevalence of MS component: The standardization rate of central obesity, overweight or obesity, diabetes, impaired fasting glucose regulation, hypertension, hypertriglyceridemia and low HDL-C was 37.5% , 27.7%, 6.8%, 6.0%, 26.1%, 36.6% and 10.5% respectively. (3) Central obesity, age, uric acid, total cholesterol, family history of hypertension and leukocytosis were risk factors of MS (P <0.05). Conclusion: The prevalence rate of MS in community residents in Haizhu District of Guangzhou is higher than that of other related diseases, so as to prevent the occurrence and progression of MS.
