经室内喂虫和田间接种,鉴定了 Mo17 ,478 等4 个常用自交系及其与91 - 1 - 8 杂交的抗虫转基因杂种 F1 的抗虫性结果表明,不同转基因材料之间以及同一转基因材料的不同单株间抗虫性差异很大,有少量植株表现高度抗性,个别植株几乎没有抗性外源 Bt 毒蛋白基因在不同遗传背景中的表现不尽相同,在抗性较差的 Mo17 背景中,表现较强的抗虫性
Through inbreeding and field inoculation, four common inbred lines such as Mo17 and 478 and insect - resistant transgenic hybrid F1 with 91 - 1 - 8 were identified. The results showed that among different transgenic materials and the same Insect resistance of different genetically modified plants varied greatly, with few plants showing high resistance and few resistant plants. The expression of exogenous Bt toxin genes varied in different genetic backgrounds, Poor Mo17 background, showing strong resistance to insects
