目的初步研究川芎对重金属镉元素的吸收积累规律,为解决川芎重金属镉超标问题提供科学依据。方法采集四川省内彭州市敖平镇及眉山市永寿镇不同生长周期的川芎植株(分地上部位及地下根茎)及根际土壤,测定其镉元素含量,并计算其富集系数及转运系数。结果川芎以地下根茎镉含量较高,平均比地上部位的高77.21%,川芎不同部位镉的富集系数以及根茎对镉的转移系数均大于0.5,地下根茎中镉元素富集系数比地上部位高64.75%。结论川芎对镉元素具有一定的富集作用和转移能力,且镉元素多富集于药用部位根茎中。
OBJECTIVE To study the absorption and accumulation of Chuanxiong rhizome for heavy metal cadmium and provide a scientific basis for solving the problem of excessive cadmium in Chuanxiong rhizome. Methods Chuanxiong (root and shoot) and rhizosphere soil were collected from Aoping Town, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province, and Yongshou Town, Meishan City in Sichuan Province. The contents of cadmium were measured and the enrichment coefficient and transport coefficient were calculated. Results Rhizoma Chuanxiong rhizome had a higher content of Cd in underground rhizomes, with an average of 77.21% higher than the aerial parts. The enrichment coefficients of cadmium in different parts of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and the transfer coefficients of rhizome to cadmium were both greater than 0.5. The enrichment coefficients of cadmium in rhizomes were higher than those in aboveground parts 64.75%. Conclusion Chuanxiong rhizome has certain enrichment and transfer ability to cadmium, and cadmium is more abundant in rhizomes of medicinal parts.
