在一次振动筛非正常振动状态的测试分析中,发现异常振动是由于聚氨酯筛面与被筛物料共同组成的振系的振动直接引起的,由于该报动与筛机支承弹簧的固有频率接近而造成了工程共振现象──振动筛工作过程中的低频振荡。现场根据分析结果,调整了筛面结构形式,最终消除了不良振动,恢复了正常工作状态。
