以就业为导向、以服务为宗旨,深化中等职业教育教学改革,已是社会发展的必然要求。作为中职教育中的重点传统专业之一的会计专业,如何突破目前的教学局限,改善教学效果,培养企业真正需要的会计人才,是中职会计教育面临的现实问题。为解决上述问题,我认为必须以“企业需求为导向”进行课程改革,应强调培养学生的动手能力,强调培养学生正确的价值观以及创新能力,以满足用人单位对复合型人才的需求。
Employment-oriented, service-oriented, to deepen the teaching reform of secondary vocational education, social development has become an inevitable requirement. As one of the key traditional specialty in secondary vocational education, how to break through the limitations of current teaching, improve the teaching effect and cultivate the accounting talents really needed by the enterprise are the practical problems faced by secondary accounting education. In order to solve the above problems, I think it is necessary to carry out the curriculum reform based on “business needs-oriented ”, should emphasize the cultivation of students ’practical ability, emphasizing students’ correct values and innovative ability to meet the employer’s demand for compound talents.
