众所周知,制备非肠道药物溶液时,原料用水必须具有很高的纯度。除化学上符合纯水要求外,必须无菌无热原,并且要有一个严格的质量控制系统。蒸馏法是制取无热原水的最有效的经典方法,也是最经济的途径。但蒸馏系统不能在军队野战医院及其他野外医疗急救单位获得的实际应用。军队医疗单位需要大量无菌无热原的输注液体,而蒸馏技术也能按需要在一个军事基地提供现场生产。也有人建议用各种化学方法从水中或各种非肠道药物制剂中除去热原,其主要困难在于处理过程结束后如何除去使用的化学药品及其反应产物。
As we all know, the preparation of parenteral drug solution, the raw water must have a high purity. In addition to chemically meeting pure water requirements, it must be sterile and pyrogen free and have a stringent quality control system. Distillation is the most effective classical method of producing pyrogen-free water and the most economical way. But the distillation system can not get practical application in military field hospitals and other field emergency medical units. Military medical units require a large amount of sterile, pyrogen-free infusion fluid, and distillation technology can also provide on-site production at a military base as needed. It has also been suggested that various chemical methods be used to remove pyrogens from water or various parenteral pharmaceutical preparations, with the main difficulty being how to remove the chemicals used and their reaction products after the treatment is completed.
