患者,男,62岁,2014年1月16日因突发左侧肢体麻木无力2 d就诊。既往有脑梗死、高血压、高血脂病史,有吃羊肉过敏史。体检:BP 160/98 mmH g,R 16次/min,HR 76次/min,律齐,双肺呼吸音清。神志清楚,构音障碍,左侧上下肢肌力4级,浅感觉减退,腱反射活跃,巴彬斯基征(+)。入院后查血尿常规、肝肾功能、血糖血脂、心电图正常;颈动
