近几年来,随着社会上各种娱乐场所的不断建立、新的娱乐项目不断增加,现代公园己不再是人们休闲娱乐的唯一选择了。因此,公园游览人次逐年下降,经营收入不断减少,公园对财政补贴的依赖越来越强,公园的“社会、环境、经济、”三个效益难以得到充分的体现,公园的经济状况陷入一种“恶性循环的低谷之中”。公园如何利用自己的有利条件,遵循社会主义市场经济规律,走出低谷,是公园经营工作面临的重大课题。我们认为,唯一的选择是解放思想,走向市场。探索一条自我发展的成功之路。
