在创新教学中,强调教师做引导者、促进者。创新教育强调教师在提高学生素质过程中的主观努力,关键在于教师不能墨守成规,重点在于教师的努力创造。因此,我着重从教学内容的差异性和师生关系两方面来具体阐释教师角色的转换和定位问题。
In innovative teaching, teachers are emphasized as guides and promoters. Innovation education emphasizes the subjective efforts of teachers in improving the quality of students. The key is that teachers cannot stick to conventions. The emphasis is on teachers’ efforts to create. Therefore, I focus on explaining the transformation and positioning of teachers’ roles in terms of the differences in teaching content and teacher-student relationship.
