选择呼和浩特市城市绿化移植1a、2a、3a后的15龄樟子松(Pinus sylvestris L·var.mongolica Litv.),采用Li-6400光合仪测定净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度的日变化,研究影响成活的关键因子,调查其树势恢复状态.结果表明:①由于移植成活时间不同,蒸腾作用对环境因子有不同的响应程度,使得峰值类型及出现的时间存在一定差异.移植2、3a后的樟子松蒸腾速率在每个时间段的值较移植1a后樟子松大大增加.②随着移植成活时间的增加,樟子松每个时间段的光合速率逐步增加.③不同移植成活时间樟子松的水分利用效率日变化曲线都呈多峰型.移植成活1、2、3a后樟子松日平均水分利用效率分别为3.350 6、3.320 3、2.297 6.3个处理的日平均水分利用效率相差不大.由上可知,樟子松移植成活2、3a后树势恢复状况明显并趋于稳定,大树移植第1年为养护的关键时期,应采取特殊养护办法促进其成活及树势恢复.

The diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were measured by Li-6400 photosynthesis system , The key factor influencing survival was investigated and the recovery status of the tree vigor was investigated.The results showed that: ① The transpiration had different response to the environmental factors due to the different survival time of transplanting, which made the peak type and the emergence time have certain difference.Transplantation 2, The transpiration rate of Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica increased significantly at each time period compared with that of Pinus sylvestris after transplanting for 1a. (2) The photosynthetic rate of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica increased gradually with the increase of transplanting survival time. (3) The daily variation of water use efficiency of Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica was multi-peaked at survival time. The average daily water use efficiency of Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica was 3.350 6,3.320 3,2.297 days after transplanting, The utilization efficiency is not much difference from the above we can see, Pinus sylvestris transplant survival 2,3a after the recovery of tree vigor obviously and tends to be stable, the first year of tree transplantation for the conservation of the critical period should be to adopt special conservation methods to promote Its survival and recovery of trees.
