The lateral shoots of annual shoots of chestnut achieve micropropagation of detached shoots and their rooting, and then transferred to the greenhouse. 6-Benzyladenine (6-BA) promoted the proliferation of collateral at a concentration of 0.44cl <1> M but inhibited the germination of callus and promoted callus growth at concentrations of 4.44 μΜ and 4.44 μΜ. Zea mays at 4.56 μM promoted shoot growth and robustness more efficiently than 6-BA, but did not promote collateral proliferation. Micro-shoots can be rooted with clipped microrods by dipping their base in 9.8 mM or 14.8 mM indole butyric acid for 1 second. The treated shoots can be rooted in two ways: one is cutting the treatment strip in a medium without the plant growth regulator; and the other is cutting the sand in a high temperature condition. Both methods can take root in 30 days.
