本文通过对入境旅客的调查和中外资料的论证,介绍了在实施入境检疫查验中,经常发现有些朝籍旅客所称患有的“大肠炎”疾病的实质及其鉴别。各种大肠炎可包括传染性、非传染性的结肠疾病,其临床表现都有某些相似之处,并以腹泻为共同症状,“大肠炎”一词在我国医学专著中无此论述,鉴明入境大肠炎一病,对认真贯彻执行《国境卫生检疫法》有效地防止和控制传染病传入传出,加强腹泻病的监测,提高国境卫生检疫工作质量与水平有着实际意义。
