重庆试验20区07。年四获年批来全,国在统国筹家城的乡大综力合支配持套下改,立革足市情,锐意进取,初步探索了一条符合实际情况的改革发展道路。一、改革的背景与思路重庆在中国具有特殊性,它不仅仅只是区域特征的反应,同时兼有体制调整的影响。这在很大程度上反映出中国的一般性。正因为如此,国家将具有全国性难题的城乡统筹改革实验任务放在这个相当于中等省份的地区。重庆作了积极的应对,形成了改革思路。
Chongqing Experimental Zone 20 07.
