西藏羊卓雍湖抽水蓄能电站(以下简称羊湖电站),水头840m,装机容量11.25万kW,自1989年8月国家计委批准复工以来,经过一年多紧张的施工准备,于1991年3月主体工程正式施工,5月25日举行了开工典礼,中共中央政治局委员、国务委员、国家教委主任李铁映为电站开工剪彩。
After more than a year of intense construction preparation, Tibet’s Yamdroj Lake Pumped Storage Power Station (hereinafter referred to as Yanghu Power Station) with a head of 840m and an installed capacity of 112,500 kW has been under construction since the State Planning Commission approved the resumption of work in August 1989. March main construction was officially started construction, May 25 held a groundbreaking ceremony, the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau, State Councilor, State Education Commission director Li Tieying started the cut for the power station.
