陶瓷燃烧器是近十几年发展高温热风炉的一项重要的技术措施,国内尚处于试验阶段。本文介绍套筒式陶瓷燃烧器冷态气体动力模型试验。通过煤气通道内高径比、入口条件、管径比、缩口比、收缩角、低中心柱等结构参数的研究,解决煤气通道出口断面上气流的均匀分佈;通过环形空间和变为一环收缩的喷出口,加大空气出口阻力,解决空气流的均匀分布。
Ceramic burner is an important technical measure to develop high-temperature hot blast stove in recent ten years. It is still in the experimental stage in China. This article describes the sleeve-type ceramic burner cold gas dynamic model test. The uniform distribution of the gas flow at the outlet section of the gas channel is solved through the research on the structure parameters such as the ratio of height to diameter in the gas channel, the inlet conditions, the ratio of the diameter of the tube, the shrinkage ratio, the angle of contraction, the low center column and so on; Shrinking outlet, increase the air outlet resistance, to solve the uniform distribution of air flow.
