幼儿园的教师肩负着培养下一代的重任,十分光荣。从幼儿教育工作的特点出发,我认为幼儿教师应努力具备以下这些条件: 一、热爱幼儿,有高度的工作责任感和良好的道德品质。幼儿的身体发育还很不成熟,知识经验极其贫乏,独立生活能力很差。教师在工作中稍有不慎,就会影响他们在体、智、德。美等方面的健康成长,甚至会发生不幸事件,造成严重后果。因此教师必须有高度的工作责任心,把热爱祖国和热爱孩子联系起来,象母亲一样细心地照料和教育孩子。幼儿的模仿性强,教师的言行幼儿全看在眼里,记在心里,照样模仿。因此教师必须有良好的道德品
