为深入贯彻落实中央农村工作会议、全国农业工作会议、全省农业农村经济工作电视电话会议和全省农业工作会议精神,2006年3月7日下午,河北省水产局在石家庄市召开了全省渔业工作会议,各设区市局局长、主管局长和办公室主任,渔业重点县渔业主管部门负责人,部分企业负责人,省局直属单位负责人及省局机关全体干部约80人参加会议。会议隆重表彰了2005年度渔业工作先进单位和先进个人,八个单位从不同侧面做了典型发言,最后王进局长做重要讲话。他全面总结了“十五”期间渔业发展的成绩及存在问题,提出了“十一五”期间我省渔业发展的基本思路及主要任务和措施,部署了2006年的重点工作,摘要如下。

The conference solemnly commended the 2005 advanced units and individuals in fishery work, and eight units made typical speeches from different sides. Finally, Director Wang Jin made an important speech. He comprehensively summarized the achievements and problems in fishery development during the “10th Five-Year Plan” and put forward the basic ideas and major tasks and measures for the development of fisheries in Shaanxi Province during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period.
