雄性Swiss小鼠分为3组:第1组连续4天腹腔给以人参提取物,每天10 mg/kg;第2组小鼠照射8 Gy的γ射线;第3组小鼠按第1组给药方式给以人参提取物,于第4天给药30 min后照射8 Gy的γ射线。各组小鼠于照射后的第1、3、7、15和30天解剖测定睾丸中酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶的活性和脂质
Male Swiss mice were divided into 3 groups: Group 1 was given ginseng extract intraperitoneally every day for 4 days, 10 mg/kg daily; Group 2 mice were irradiated with 8 Gy gamma rays; Group 3 mice were given as Group 1 The ginseng extract was given to the drug and irradiated with 8 Gy of gamma rays 30 minutes after the fourth day of administration. The acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase activity and lipids in testis were dissected and measured at 1, 3, 7, 15 and 30 days after irradiation in each group of mice.
