安复降胶囊是由小剂量螺内酯、普萘洛尔、双肼酞嗪、利血平等4种药物组成.根据161例临床使用,其显效率达73.3％,有效率达19.9％,总有效率达93.2％.口服剂量为1-2粒tid或2-3粒qd.该药作用强、起效快、作用持久、副作用小;适用于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压病的治疗,对顽固性高血压病也有较好的疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。
