目的对石蒜碱2-位羟基构型翻转的研究,为化合物asiaticumine B的半合成提供基础。方法通过氧化再还原的方法,探索石蒜碱2-位羟基构型的翻转。结果完成了石蒜碱2-位羟基构型翻转,总收率49%。结论探索出一种高效便捷的对石蒜碱2-位羟基构型翻转的方法。
Aim To study the reversal of the hydroxyl configuration at the 2-position of lycorine and provide the basis for the semi-synthesis of the asiaticumine B compound. Methods The reversion of hydroxyl at the 2-position of lycorisidine was explored by means of oxidation and re-reduction. As a result, the hydroxyl configuration of the lycopene 2-position was completed and the total yield was 49%. Conclusion This paper explores an efficient and convenient method for inverting the hydroxyl configuration at the 2-position of Lycorine.
