学分制背景下,高职院校德育工作面临着新的挑战。本文旨在通过分析学分制下高职院校德育工作面临的问题,结合学院和自身工作实际,积极探讨辅导员德育工作的新方法、新对策,以期提高德育工作的有效性。
Under the background of credit system, moral education in higher vocational colleges is facing new challenges. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems faced by the moral education in higher vocational colleges under the credit system and to explore new methods and measures for counseling moral education, in order to improve the effectiveness of moral education.
