为了解决民航生产中航空碱性蓄电池维护自动化程度低、易受人为因素影响的问题,提出了一种航空碱性蓄电池全寿命无线健康管理系统设计方案。设计了前端管理设备,搭建了一套无线管理系统,并利用labview相关技术对数据进行采集、分析、存储和管理。对系统功能进行了测试,结果表明,设计的系统具有自动化程度高、可靠性和稳定性高等优点。
In order to solve the problem of low maintenance level of aero-alkaline batteries in civil aviation production and easy to be affected by human factors, a design scheme of a full-life wireless health management system for aviation alkaline batteries was put forward. Design front-end management equipment, set up a wireless management system, and the use of labview related technologies for data collection, analysis, storage and management. The system functions were tested. The results show that the designed system has the advantages of high degree of automation, high reliability and stability.
