煤矿区煤层气的开发部署,受煤炭采掘规划和采掘布置的影响。基于我国目前的煤层气勘探开发现状,以晋城矿区为例,提出了煤层气开发部署原则,设计了井网优化部署方案,并进行了开发潜力及瓦斯治理效果分析。随着煤炭采掘的不断推进,煤矿区煤层气开发的地面垂直井形式会发生变化,即由起初单纯的地面垂直井转化为地面采动区井,而后可转化为地面采空区井。在地面垂直井阶段,气井连续排采10a,累计产气量为576.44×104m3,目标煤层瓦斯含量降幅约为27.17%~51.99%。通过地面采动区井和地面采空区井阶段的瓦斯抽采,可使瓦斯抽采率进一步提高,达到有效治理瓦斯的目的。
Development and deployment of CBM in the coal mining area are affected by coal mining planning and excavation layout. Based on the present status of CBM exploration and development in our country, taking Jincheng mining area as an example, the principle of CBM development and deployment was put forward, the well pattern was designed and optimized, and the development potential and the effect of gas treatment were analyzed. With the continuous promotion of coal mining, the vertical ground type of CBM development in coal mines will change from a simple vertical ground at the beginning to a ground mining area and then to a ground gob well. In the vertical phase of the ground, the gas wells are continuously discharged for 10a, with a cumulative gas production of 576.44 × 104m3. The gas content of the target coal seam decreases by about 27.17% -51.99%. The gas drainage rate can be further increased through the gas drainage in the ground mining area wells and the ground goaf well and the purpose of effectively controlling gas can be achieved.
