以2-溴-9,10-二(β-萘基)蒽为原料,在低温条件下得到9,10-二(β-萘基)蒽-2-硼酸,并通过核磁共振、红外光谱分析、元素分析、质谱分析对其结构进行了确认和表征。并探讨了不同反应条件对收率的影响,确定了反应的最佳条件为:在-78℃下,以叔丁基锂作为锂试剂,以物质的量比为n(卤代芳烃)∶n(锂试剂)∶n(硼酸酯)=1∶5∶6,分别滴加叔丁基锂、硼酸三异丙酯,收率可达76.80%。
The 9,10-di (β-naphthyl) anthracene-2-boronic acid was obtained from 2-bromo-9,10-di (β-naphthyl) anthracene under low temperature conditions and was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy , Elemental analysis, mass spectrometry analysis of its structure was confirmed and characterized. The effects of different reaction conditions on the yield were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: tert-butyllithium as lithium reagent at -78 ℃, molar ratio of n (halogenated aromatic hydrocarbon): n (Lithium reagent): n (boric acid ester) = 1: 5: 6, respectively, tert-butyl lithium, triisopropyl borate, yield up to 76.80%.
