我矿共有大型固定设备46台,以往均采取预防检修、定期更换的维护方法,造成人工和材料的浪费。此外,新购置机械或运行多年的老旧设备,主要部件的寿命由于缺乏科学依据难以作出准确预测,常造成突发事故,历史上曾有过大型主机部件损坏停产5天的教训。为避免突发事故,保证安全经济运行,提高企业效益,我们采用超声波无损探伤检查机械部件的缺陷,进行设备寿命预测,取得了很好的效果。
I have a total of 46 large-scale fixed equipment mine, in the past have taken preventive maintenance, regular replacement of maintenance methods, resulting in labor and material waste. In addition, the newly acquired machinery or old equipment running for many years, the main components of the life expectancy due to lack of scientific basis is difficult to make accurate predictions, often causing sudden accidents, there have been major parts of the history of large-scale damage to the production of 5 days of lessons learned. In order to avoid unexpected accidents, ensure safe and economic operation, and improve the efficiency of enterprises, we use ultrasonic non-destructive testing to inspect the defects of mechanical components and predict the service life of equipment, and achieved good results.
