本文系厦门某厂推广水玻璃型砂的试验总结。 文内叙述原材料及混砂工艺与型砂性能的关系。提出在型砂中加糖浆是改善砂型出砂性的有效措施。通过型砂吸湿性和砂型保存性试验提出生产中控制的数字。对水玻璃型砂铸造工艺作简略介绍。初步探讨高锰钢Ｃ素钢铸件产生粘砂的原因。
This article is a factory in Xiamen to promote water glass sand test summary. The article describes the relationship between raw materials and sand technology and sand performance. It is proposed that adding syrup in the sand is an effective measure to improve sand production. Controlled figures for production are presented by sand absorption and sand retention tests.
