6个水稻品种的种子经10—45krad~(137)Cs Υ射线辐照,取成熟种胚进行离体培养,以研究辐射生物学效应。首先,参照多靶单击模型(y=1-[1-e~(-MD)]~N)用计算机模拟建成最小二乘法方程拟合辐射剂量效应曲线,求出不同品种所观察的生物学性状的三个参数:待定常数(N),敏感系数(M)和 D_(50)。然后比较辐射对不同品种和性状的效应。结果表明Υ辐射对不同品种所产生的效应,差异很大,但这种差异依生物学性状的不同而变化。
The seeds of six rice cultivars were irradiated with 10-45 krad ~ (137) Cs-γ ray and the mature embryos were cultured in vitro to study the radiobiological effects. First, the radiation dose-response curves were fitted to the least squares equations by computer simulation with reference to the multi-target click model (y = 1- [1-e ~ (-MD)] ~ N) Three parameters of traits: to be determined constant (N), sensitivity coefficient (M) and D_ (50). Then compare the effects of radiation on different breeds and traits. The results show that the effects of γ radiation on different varieties are quite different, but the difference varies with the biological characteristics.
