在一个充满竞争的社会,压力可以说无处不在。压力可以赋予人正能量,也可以赋予人负能量,甚至对人造成危害。关注压力的危害,要学会自我化解压力的艺术。压力管理的目的不是为了少做事,而是为了更好地、更有效率地做好工作。一、什么是压力在目前的科学文献中,压力的概念包括三个方面的内容:一是使人感到紧张的事件或者环境;二是人们受到刺激而产生的心理反应(即人的心态);三是侵害人们健康的生理反应。总之,压力是人们的身心受到刺激所产生的一种反应。因此,干扰人们心理和生理健康状况的因素,都可称之为压力。
